Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Infinite Ascension. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at infiniteascension.net, together with any content, calculators, tools, forms, AI chat assistant, messaging programs, and related services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, submitting your information through any form, interacting with our AI chat assistant, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

These Terms include important provisions regarding our messaging programs, disclaimers, and limitations of liability. Please read them carefully.

Who We Are

Infinite Ascension is a wealth-strategy and life-insurance brand based in Tampa, Florida, United States. Our services are provided through Alejandro Bermudez, a licensed life insurance agent. We focus on education and guidance around the Infinite Banking Concept, implemented exclusively through dividend-paying whole life insurance from established mutual insurance carriers. We do not offer indexed universal life (IUL) products.

Not Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

The content, calculators, tools, and AI chat assistant ("Aria") offered through the Services are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Services.

Please keep the following in mind:

• Insurance products are offered only through a licensed life insurance agent, and any policy you obtain is subject to the terms, conditions, underwriting, and approval of the issuing insurance carrier.
• Whole life insurance is a long-term financial product. Outcomes depend on the specific policy, carrier, your individual circumstances, and how the policy is funded and managed over time.
• Dividends are not guaranteed. Whole life dividends are declared at the sole discretion of the issuing insurance carrier's board of directors and may vary from year to year. Past dividend performance does not guarantee future results.
• We do not guarantee any particular return, growth, cash value, tax outcome, or financial result. Illustrations, calculator outputs, and examples are hypothetical, are not promises of future performance, and may differ materially from actual results.
• The Infinite Banking Concept is a strategy, not a product, and is not suitable for everyone. You should consult your own qualified financial, tax, and legal professionals before making any decision based on information provided through the Services.

Aria, our AI chat assistant, may produce information that is incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Information provided by Aria is not professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a consultation with a licensed agent or your own advisors.

SMS and Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Infinite Ascension. The following terms apply to our SMS and messaging programs.

Program description. Infinite Ascension sends appointment reminders, account and service updates, informational messages, and promotional offers via SMS to individuals who opt in.

How consent is collected. We collect your name and mobile number when you submit them to us (for example, through our website opt-in form, by texting a keyword, or in writing). We obtain your express written consent before sending marketing text messages, and providing consent is not required to purchase or receive any product or service from us. When you opt in through our website, the consent checkbox is not pre-checked, and your agreement to receive messages is not bundled with unrelated terms. By checking the opt-in box and providing your phone number, you agree to receive marketing and informational text messages (for example, offers, account and service updates) from Infinite Ascension at the number provided, including messages sent by automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out (STOP). Reply STOP to unsubscribe (opt out) at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy of SMS opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in/consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties who receive this information are the messaging aggregators and providers that deliver the texts on our behalf, and any subcontractors providing support services such as customer service. Email Communications

If you provide your email address or opt in to receive email from us, you consent to receive marketing and transactional email from Infinite Ascension, which may include offers, educational content, appointment confirmations, account and service updates, and other information related to our Services. Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at alejandro@cashflowcapital.net. We will honor unsubscribe requests promptly and within the time required by applicable law. Transactional messages necessary to respond to your inquiry or to administer a service you have requested may continue even after you opt out of marketing email.

Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. The Services are intended for residents of the United States. We do not direct the Services to, or knowingly collect information from, children under the age of 18.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, materials, text, graphics, logos, calculators, tools, software, and the look and feel of the website, including the "Infinite Ascension" name and brand, are owned by or licensed to Infinite Ascension and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, sell, license, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Ascension disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information provided through the Services, including outputs from our calculators or AI chat assistant, will be accurate, complete, reliable, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Infinite Ascension, its founder, or any of its agents or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, any decisions you make based on information obtained through the Services, or any communications you receive from us, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the Services, or their subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" shown at the top of this page. Any changes become effective when the updated Terms are posted on the website. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically so that you stay informed of any updates.
