Infinite Ascension is based in Tampa, Florida, USA, and is operated by Alejandro Bermudez, a licensed life insurance agent. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. If you opt in, Infinite Ascension sends text (SMS) messages such as appointment reminders, account and service updates, and promotional or informational offers about our wealth-strategy and life insurance services.

No sharing of mobile or SMS consent information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in/consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties that receive your SMS opt-in data are the messaging aggregators and providers that deliver the texts (for example, our CRM and telephony providers) and subcontractors that provide support services on our behalf, such as customer service.

• Legal and protective disclosures: we may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Infinite Ascension, our clients, or others, and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
• With your direction or consent: we may share information with an insurance carrier or other party when you ask us to or otherwise consent, for example to apply for a policy.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Your Privacy Choices and Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. We send marketing and transactional email only in a manner consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. Phone Calls and AI Voice

We may contact you by telephone, including with AI-assisted voice calls placed through our voice provider (Vapi), only where permitted by law and where you have given the required consent. For autodialed or automated marketing calls and texts to a wireless number, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) requires your prior express written consent, which we collect through a clear and conspicuous disclosure and an affirmative act by you (such as checking an unchecked box or signing or typing your agreement). Consent to receive such calls is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and you may revoke your consent at any time by telling us during a call, by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing alejandro@cashflowcapital.net.

Phone calls, including AI-assisted voice calls, may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes. Florida is a two-party (all-party) consent state for the recording of communications, which means all parties to a call must consent to its recording. By continuing with a call after being notified that it may be recorded, you consent to the recording of that call. If you do not consent to being recorded, please tell us and we will accommodate your request or end the call.
